In November 2019, Mirai Management came onboard and at no time have I been concerned about their level of care provision.
Not only are they good listeners to the needs of their clients, they actually do care about them as well as the support workers and families.
My Daughter was diagnosed nearly 6 years ago with heart failure and he was given less than 2 years to live. Thanks to the determination and focused support workers they managed to help my daughter safely lose 5 stones in weight, keep active, eat healthily and maintain this as the ‘norm’.
This is a success story and I have only Mirai to thank for this.
The other main important thing is that my daughter and her housemate enjoy a great social life. This is down to the pre-planning by the support workers who understand what is best for these young women who are thriving because of it.
On the rare occasions when we have had problems with support workers, Mirai has been quick to step in and rectify the problem.
